James and Haley Victery are proud to call Cox’s Creek home, where they are raising their two daughters, Josie and Maggie. A dedicated public servant, James serves as a Field Representative for the U.S. House Representatives. His professional background includes years of service as a contractor for the U.S. Army Cadet Command at Fort Knox.

Deeply rooted in 14th District, Victery is a Kentucky Colonel who leads by example—whether he’s coaching youth sports or volunteering with the PTO at Cox’s Creek Elementary, where Haley has served as principal since 2017. A Rotarian and former board member for St. Joseph’s Montessori School, James previously helped shape the region’s future as a delegate for the City/County Comprehensive Planning Committee.

The Victery family are active members of Southeast Christian Church’s Nelson County campus.

A Lifelong Republican, James is the Former Vice Chairman for the Republican Party of Nelson County, and the current Youth Chairman for the Republican Party of Kentucky’s 2nd District. He has been side-by-side KY Republicans for the past 20 years as they’ve delivered key Right to Life provisions and solidified the rights guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment.
